Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a vehicle? Tap the + button on the Home or Garage screen. You can scan your VIN with your camera or enter your car details manually. Add make, model, year, mileage and fuel type to get started.
How do I log fuel? Select your vehicle on the Home screen and tap "Add Fuel". Enter the quantity, price per unit, and odometer reading. DrivIQ will automatically calculate your fuel efficiency.
How do I add a service record? Tap "Service" on the Home screen or open your vehicle dashboard. Choose a category (oil change, brakes, tyres, etc.), add the cost and any notes, then save.
How do I set a reminder? Open your vehicle, tap the bell icon, then tap + to add a reminder. You can set a reminder by date or by odometer reading (mileage-based reminders require DrivIQ Pro).
How do I use the AI Mechanic? Tap "AI Mechanic" on the Home screen. Type your question — warning light, strange noise, or any car problem — and get instant model-specific guidance.
How do I find fuel stations nearby? Tap "Fuel Finder" on the Home screen. Allow location access and DrivIQ will show nearby fuel stations and EV chargers.
How do I change the app language? Go to Profile → Settings → Language and choose from English, Deutsch, Français, Русский, Português (Brasil), Türkçe, or Azərbaycan dili.
How do I cancel my subscription? Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → DrivIQ → Cancel Subscription
How do I delete my account? Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your vehicles, fuel logs, service records, and personal data. This action cannot be undone.
