By downloading, installing, or using the DrivIQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DrivIQ ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use DrivIQ. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
DrivIQ uses Apple Sign-In as the sole authentication method. By signing in, you authorize DrivIQ to receive your Apple-provided account credentials (name and/or email) to create and manage your account.
